Is iContact not syncing with your store?

I’ve synced my icontact accounts to all 3 of my carrot sites, but when it comes time to selecting the iContact List to save the entries inputted on carrot, it doesn’t allow me to save it, only select. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks :)

Hi @Kam and I’m sorry for the delay. It looks like the bug has been reported, but there is no ETA on when it will be fixed.

How long have you been using iContact?

Hi @Kam,

I checked in with support and this is the info they have:

“The team has identified this as a full-on bug and is investigating it for us. It looks like there is a script error that is causing the field mapping portion and iContact specific settings from showing up in the dashboard. There is supposed to be a lot more content in that section once a list is selected, that isn't showing up.

I'll be keeping a close eye on the report as our engineers work to investigate and resolve the error, and communicate any updates as they come. As mentioned previously, I cannot provide an exact ETA on this as testing must be done one a fix is identified. We have to ensure that any fix that is implemented doesn't effect other components whilst solving the issue.

If you are interested in setting up a Zapier integration or a different integration as we work through this, please let us know and we will assist with it!

We thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this bug.”

Hi @Kam,

Thanks for the follow-up and I’m sorry for the delay! 

The dev team is still working on this, but I recommend moving to a zapier integration. 

This will require a paid zapier account since it will be a multi-step integration. Here are the instructions.

A zapier integration will provide you with the best control of data flow to your CRM. This will also let you choose from a wider range of CRMs.
