I am considering to start making blogs on local real estate news that comes out such as upcoming developments and other trending real estate topics locally but want to see if this would negatively impact my website in any way?
Hi
I see that you have 3 motivated seller sites. Can you tell me a bit more about how these topics will relate to the motivated sellers who will be visiting your site(s)?
Thanks for your help with this.
The website would be Louisvillecashrealestate.com and then I would make videos on topics about…
local special funding programs available for homeowners and investors
Local events going on and neighborhood activities
Content around new developments happening
Market Updates
Neighborhood breakdowns of what each neighborhood has to offer.
These are topics I would make videos on.
Hi
Since Louisvillecashrealestate.com is a motivated seller site, I recommend focusing your content on motivated sellers rather than investors. Not only does it streamline the number of topics for both (motivated sellers and investors), it also streamlines the content for google. Focusing your content on motivated sellers helps google understand the focus of your site, pages, and who you help.
Will the local special funding programs available for homeowners help a motivated seller keep their house/property? Will they help a motivated seller in another way?
Thanks for your help with this.
Yes. They would be beneficial to the seller keeping their property or being eligible for certain grants for repairs on their house.
Thanks for this.
Does my comment above about looking at the content from the shoes of a motivated seller (lots of motivations and topics here) is the way to decide on your video content? If the topic would only interest an investor, I don’t recommend adding it to a motivated seller site.
