Facebook Page not ranking for company name

Hi. When you Google our company name, our profile from different platforms shows on the first page except for Facebook.

 

There is another Facebook page called TMC Property Solutions, LLC which is not us. Our Facebook page is not even on first 5 pages on Google. How can we fix this?
