Best performing PPC keyword

Hey everyone, Full disclosure, I work for Carrot (obviously) and run traffic to my Carrot websites to learn/test ideas but also actively wholesale and JV these leads.  This Google Ad campaign hasn’t been turned on in a while but wanted to share the data.  Overall numbers first - I spent roughly ~4k and was able to generate 13 leads (close 2 of them)  The “sell my house fast for cash” keyword group had the largest contribution to my conversion volume  Happy to share the copy I used for these ads if anyone is interested? I used the dynamic ad feature where you can punch in different headlines and descriptions and Google will serve the ones getting the most clicks, views, etc.

When Is The Best Time To Start a PPC Campaign?

Everyone always wonders when the best time to start a PPC campaign is. Well, a lot of factors go into getting one up and going. First and foremost, you want to make sure that your website is up to a standard that you like. Meaning, that your verbiage is optimized to reflect keywords. Images are strategically placed on the website, and video content is present.Second, you will want to make sure that you have a consistent social cadence hammered down. Meaning, that you have good days and times when you push out social content and blog content. With that being said it is important to note that even when running a campaign never stop your posting of content ever. Campaigns are not meant to be run 24/7 and when the campaign is completed you want to make sure you are also covering the Evergreen aspect of your marketing strategy. Nationwide or multiple state marketing or lead generation.

I’m trying to generate leads nationwide.  Has anyone had success marketing on a nationwide level?  Are you using PPC or SEO to do it?
