The screenshots needed Ma'am Beth

Hello Ma’am @beth,

So here is the webpage ‘https://beaconriseller.carrot.com/’. On the top of the page there is an ‘SEO’ tab then he just selected 'Check links to this URL'. 

 

Then it lead him to this error page, stating that he "don't have access to that property".

 

Again our concerns are why is that the case? does he not own this website/property? What could we do for him to access this section? Please assist us with this Ma'am, we really appreciate it.

Hi @grace1 and thank you for these details.

This link wants to login to John’s Google Search Console account. Does John have a Google Search Console account? This is separate from his Carrot account.

Ohh is that so Ma’am, thank you so much for this information.

 

I’ll let Sir @beaconri know. About the account, I am not sure whether Sir John have a Google Search Console account Ma’am, so I have to ask him about that.
