4- How did you get started?
Bought a course from Ron LeGrande and failed miserably back in 1998. Got back in it about 10 years ago.
5- Do you have any specialties or favorite types of deals?
BRRR Method. I buy junkers, fix them, and keep them as rentals.
6- Are there any books you read that influenced your real estate business and in what way did they influence your business?
Richest Man In Babylon by George S. Clason, specifically the 5 Laws of Gold. I base a lot of decisions on that kind of stuff.
7- Do you have any routines/regiments you feel necessary to become successful?
Being really focused and taking action. Just do things and take action. Don’t overthink it.
Wake up early and exercise in the morning. I work a lot and stay hyper focused.
8- Have you had any coaching you have paid for or continue to pay for that you feel is/was valuable to achieving your success?
I can’t recommend coaching. I’m not a coaching type guy.
9- Is there anything you are currently doing to continue learning and up level in your business?
I’m constantly doing research and development. Always leveling up the business and trying to learn new things. See what works through testing.
