1- Your name:
Andy Kolodgie –
2- Agent, investor, or both?
Investor (although mostly on the passive side now)
3- How long have you been in the real estate industry?
March 2020
4- How did you get started?
I was looking for a way to accelerate income growth
5- Do you have any specialties or favorite types of deals?
Lead Generation (SEO)
6- Are there any books you read that influenced your real estate business and in what way did they influence your business?
No book in particular. I would say the podcast "The Game" has been the most influential content I've used since starting. Although it's not a book it's definitely a summary of a lot of different books.
7- Do you have any routines/regiments you feel necessary to become successful?
Run and workout daily. Currently we're doing ArpWave right now and liz is kicking butt and leaving me in the dust!
8- Have you had any coaching you have paid for or continue to pay for that you feel is/was valuable to achieving your success?
Not in particular. I've definitely had a lot of mentors along the way. I always worked to find a way to provide enough value to the person where they felt bad not helping out. I'm not opposed to the idea of paid coaching. I just haven't run into a situation where it was the logical next step.
9- Is there anything you are currently doing to continue learning and up level in your business?
Just putting more time in under the bar. I figure if I keep doing the same thing every day eventually I will be very good at it. We're focused on one product and one channel right now.
10- Any podcasts you would recommend that influenced your real estate business?
The Game by Alex Hormozi has nothing to do and everything to do with real estate. Most people treat their real estate investing career like it's different from a normal business because they buy and don't sell. I don't think that could be farther from the truth!
Andy will be doing our AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Wednesday, January 18th, at at 9am PST / 12pm EST
