Morning @iDeal Homes !

2 popular data companies I see our InvestorFuse members use are Propstream and Privy

You should be able to easily export out of those and put them into dialing/texting tools to start doing bulk reachout

@iDeal Homes Can you expand a bit on what you mean by export?

A team member also recommends Call Porter.

exporting more than 3000 contacts via csv into a program that can provide possible numbers for said sellers, hat also has the option to filter over 10 years of ownership as an example

@iDeal Homes It looks like both Propstream and Privy accept csv uploads:

https://help.privyr.com/knowledge-base/client-import-export/

@iDeal Homes @carlosinvestorfuse @beth, I’m going to pose a question in a post and would love your input. Give me a bit to get it up.

@iDeal Homes Hey man! There’s a lot of different tiers to skip tracing in terms of data quality and how hygenic the data is. I would recommend popping over to https://leadvine.com/ and talking to them about their skiptracing. There are other providers as well that are at the Tier 1 level although they are getting harder and harder to come by as companies continue to try and cut costs. -Andy
