Address to use on Carrot and GBP as a remote investor?

Hi all!

I live in NY but invest in Cleveland. I’m setting up my Carrot website now, but it prompts me to enter an address. I dont have a business address in Cleveland as I’m a long distance investor. Any insights into an affordable way to get an address I can use for Carrot and GBP? Currently the GBP is linked to my home address in NY. Not SEO friendly I’m betting

I asked one of our other investors and he recommends not putting a NY address for the Cleveland area. 

Setting up GBP with an address you aren’t in is tough and can get your listing suspended.

You want to make sure your name, address, and phone number are the same across all places it’s listed so google knows it’s you business.

Thanks Beth! I’m thinking of looking into a virtual address and just using that across all platforms. Unless you advise otherwise :)

@webuyhousesincleveland The tricky part is getting google to approve the virtual address. There are some gray areas that might work now but might lead to suspension later.
