I’m fortunate to receive a consistent flow of “Rent to Own” leads; however; I don’t have the inventory to place them into any properties. Could anyone share some best practices on what they’ve done with these types of Leads? Much Appreciated,

Hi Carrot Fam !Since we are at the beginning of August, are any of you setting business or personal goals for the month? If yes, what are they and can they be broken down into smaller goals?I’ll start 😀Business: I have looked at a few softwares to organize community events easier and more efficiently. I have decided to stick with asana since learning more about it. I’m specifically interested in the calendar view. I spent some time this morning building out the calendar for the AMAs (Ask Me Anything) that I have scheduled out through November.Personal: I need to start meditating on a more consistent basis. I have an app for my iphone called Mesmerize. The thing I like about it is you can use the app with or without narration. It has kind of psychedelic moving image (maybe 6 different ones) that when I watch them move it’s hard to think about anything else. This is working better at retaining my focus than traditional meditation.Add your business and/or personal goals and let me know wh

Hey-hey Carrot Fam! On a recent episode of our bi-weekly Live show Behind the Deal, @bradywinder and @tylerford discussed a recent deal Tyler did in Texas that involved a process known as a Quiet Title Eviction. It was a complicated process and Tyler highlighted the importance he placed on having an attorney he knew and trusted to work through the deal with him and help everything play-out as smoothly as possible. I’ve heard a lot of these kinds of conversations come up recently, and I think it makes this video of ours especially relevant: Check out Attorneys + Wholesalers | 18 Legal Tips for Better Closings w/ CC Moreno on Youtube, or follow up on Tyler Fords’ The “Quiet Title Eviction Carryback” Deal w/ Tyler Ford if you want any more details or tips from these two amazing industry professionals!

As a Carrot employee, I see a lot of sites on our platform each and every day…….one question I’m always curious about is “how long did it take you to make your first deal, flip, sale etc….” I do recognize that this can vary significantly, but have always been a interested! Drop a comment below and tell YOUR story! :)
What was your bread and butter marketing channel of 2021? What got you the most DEALS?For me, it was SEO followed by PPC. PPC was about a 3:1 ROI while SEO was infinity lol, because I didn’t do a ton of work to it. A lot of investors I talk to say either direct mail, SEO, PPC, and even radio has come up!
